  • Work closely with our Commercial, Client Services and Business Functions teams (Finance, HR, Legal etc) to understand recruitment needs and achieve ambitious recruitment goals
  • Ability to hire across different roles and levels – e.g. students, interns, experienced hires
  • Promote Thought Machine's brand by providing a great candidate experience and participating in our weekly hiring events
  • Together with key internal and external stakeholders, ensure best practice resourcing methods are used
  • Manage stakeholders within the business to ensure the smooth running of process, right fit candidates and high levels of engagement with their teams
  • Facilitate decision making within your business area



  • 1 - 2 years experience in recruiting across commercial or client delivery roles
  • Previous agency experience recruiting for more than 2 of the following; Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Partnerships, Compliance, Finance, Legal, HR or Client Delivery roles
  • Experience recruiting for a technology company, or in financial services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to manage candidates through the recruitment process in a way that is efficient, friendly, trusting and respectful
  • Experience using LinkedIn, AngelList and other sourcing tools/platforms
  • Advance sourcing techniques
  • Highly organised – able to stay on top of the recruitment process for each candidate
  • Able to balance both the day-to-day recruitment as well as participate in strategic projects
