Reporting to the Head of Global Sales Operations (based in London), this person will support the operational effectiveness of the Commercial team in APAC. You will be the local expert on process and policy for the Sales and Client Services teams, and you will anticipate their needs to enhance sales efficiency and influence sales closing. The role requires an orientation towards detail as well as a hands on approach.


DUTIES

  • Work with the local Sales and Client Services teams to manage deal flow, pipeline maturity and forecasting
  • Assist in understanding a 360 view of the prospects to model current and future profitability, executing against the company go-to-market strategy
  • Assist in Deal Desk functionality influencing on localisation of pricing and packaging of Thought Machine products

Requirements

Essential

  • 3-5 years Sales Ops experience ideally within a multinational environment
  • Strong analytical experience, able to derive insights and interventions from sales data
  • Experience managing and maintaining CRM integrity, pipeline management, accurate forecasting, data quality etc
  • Experience in enterprise sales and complex deal structuring
  • Understanding of SaaS licensing and accounting of subscription revenues
  • Excellent modelling (Excel / Google Sheets) and attention to detail to ensure quality in all reporting

Desirable

  • Experience using and maintaining Salesforce and Kimble is a plus
