Our core banking platform, Vault Core, has redefined the way major banks around the world are delivering services for their customers, designing and launching new products, and streamlining their legacy technology architecture.

Throughout this journey, we have always empowered our clients with expert delivery, the support of partners, and with comprehensive documentation and training – so that they are fully equipped to go live on our technology.

To further this, today we are launching our Enablement Portal so that our clients and partners have the knowledge and training resources required to self-manage the platform, skill up, and become advanced users of our technology.

The portal is a centralised resource for all learning and development on the Vault platform. Clients and partners will rapidly enhance their knowledge of our system, simplify their learning experience, and deploy their bank faster and easier than ever before.

The Enablement Portal contains assets which allow users to become deeply connected with product information and development. These include, but are not limited to: product roadmaps, technical documentation, release notes, product and integration libraries, training and certification, product support, and feedback opportunities. Additionally, the portal will keep clients and partners up-to-date on company announcements and company events.

The portal also provides access to our training programmes: structured pathways of training, tailored to bank functions, enabling deeper expertise of our software. Completing these learning pathways provides participants with official Thought Machine certification, ranging from Fundamentals to Expert-level qualification. The full training pathways are visible and accessible from within the portal.

We have only just begun this first phase of the portal’s development. Its expansion is underpinned by our belief that clients and partners should have independence and self-sufficiency as they develop their market propositions.

To that end, we have developed a roadmap in which our clients and partners will drive forward our enablement agenda and have an active role to play in shaping the portal. Clients and partners are encouraged to share their thoughts, and we will apply their feedback when appropriate and possible, to make the portal experience even more rewarding.

For those who want to be part of this journey: we seek partnerships with world-leading banks, consultancies, technology vendors, delivery partners, and professional services firms who can further our mission of bringing cloud native banking technology to market. Get in touch with our team today.
